Phil Grucci now runs the company started by his Great Great Great Uncle but he’ll be the first to tell you it’s been an ongoing ‘family’ effort from day one. He’s quick to mention it has also included the efforts of many ‘considered family’ because they’ve worked with the Grucci’s for so long. I think you’ll enjoy our warm chat (which became two chats because hey we’re both Italian and there was more to talk about) It’s really interesting what Grucci is working on with the Department of Defense. Also interesting is that Grucci has been using this fireworks down time, to design ‘greener’ fireworks. As for how to keep a multi-generational family business going successfully? Phil Grucci says the key is COMMUNICATION.
