Most ceremonies take a matter of minutes – “hitch-and-gos” as he calls them which start around $500. His service ‘USA Weddings’, helps pick the location, handles the paperwork and any extras like flowers, cake, champagne, photographers and musicians. And He Has Range! He can get you married on an elaborate yacht OR if you’re cash poor he’s been known to tip a hotel employee to let him hold a quick ceremony in a public area of a fancy hotel. RIOT! He’s even married two hippies from California in bed at the Plaza. His twin assistants Sandy & Marissa Pena also ‘punt’ when necessary – once reading vows for a bride who was too drunk to do it herself. Now that’s service!
Mr. Filippone who grew up in Hartsdale, NY now lives with his partner on the Upper West Side Of Manhattan. He is gay and unmarried.
