Dear Goldie Hawn (Mrs. Claus) Record My Mrs. Claus Song

Dear Goldie Jeanne Hawn aka Mrs. Claus,

This is Debra Jean Nigro (also aka Mrs Claus) below in this video of The Mrs Claus Song I wrote. I’m writing to you because you’re my favorite fun celebrity, we have the same sense of humor and positive energy, and you’ve been cracking me up since Laugh In. Caught you and Kurt on CBS This Morning (too cute) talking about playing ‘Mr. and Mrs Claus’ in the ‘Christmas Chronicles 2’ on Netflix (great job by the way) and a bell went off in my head. That’s why I’m writing.  I need a favor.

I need you to sing/rap/yap my Mrs. Claus song (below) in your own Goldie riot of a style and make it famous. Oh and I need Kurt to sing the Mr. Claus part.  Can you handle?

Being ‘ageless’ like me I’m sure you can appreciate that every year I forget I even wrote the darn thing until it’s Christmas. Then I pull it out and play it. Then everybody loves it. Then everybody asks me why the song isn’t famous? Then I always say, I need somebody famous to record it. Then I forget about it again until the next Christmas.

But this year Goldie, YOU sparked me when I saw you dressed as Mrs. Claus! You’re perfect! And I know you can sing! And the song is funny so you’ll love it. And after this pandemic nightmare who couldn’t use more laughs. And of course I’m too late again for this year but since I read that Mrs. Claus is going to be much more involved in next years ‘Christmas Chronicles 3’, you’re going to need your own song. This way you’ll have it ready way in advance. The producers will love it and be impressed with your forward thinking. Glad I could help.

So it’s a yes right? Ok good. Knew you’d do it.

In the spirit of  ‘Risk It or Regret It’ (that’s my radio/podcast theme) I’m so glad I got this off my chest!

Oh speaking of my chest, sadly I had to have it replaced since this video was made a few years ago. Breast Cancer killed my originals, but not my spirit! An ovarian cancer survivor too, so I was just thinking when we do partner on this and you make the song famous, besides helping pay off my medical bills, we could donate some proceeds of The Mrs Claus Song to charities that support women going through cancer and to your amazing charity The Goldie Hawn Foundation.
