This one’s for the girls!
There’s one thing I know for sure. As soon as warm weather hits the parts of the country where women’s bodies long hidden under winter clothes will soon be exposed again, a LOT of women try and hustle to tone themselves up! Admittedly, I am one of those women.
I hate being hot and love going sleeveless and surely feel better about myself when my upper arms are stronger and in better shape. Loose upper arms do not make women happy.
(Guys have no clue what a pain in the ass they are or what it feels like to try and find a dress that hides your arms. As for the women who do not have this problem – we admire you but we are jealous.)
I asked the gals at HEALTHYFITNY the all women’s gym that I joined and I’m lovin’, to create a one minute video showing a few simple exercises for upper body strength and tone that work quickly. I thought some women might appreciate it.


Fitness Director Jamie LeVine nailed it with 3 exercises that even I can figure out how to get moving on today!
