Wellness Wednesday! Getting Through TRAUMA.
Extreme life events sometimes take their toll on us. How we survive, recover and get past our ‘tough stuff’ is different for each of us. Annette Hadley figured it out through art.

I posted this Press Release about her featured on her website from the NAPW because I think it says it all. Meet Annette today on the show at 10:20am eastern.

Wellness Wednesday. “Stay Young Forever and Kick A** At The Same Time”. How could I not be curious who was behind a slogan like that? Kairi Jeffries is behind a company called Rawtrition. It was born out of lots of people asking him how he stayed so healthy and young looking. Kairi , a once shy model and entrepreneur, believes in maintaining your health and getting your nutrition through whole natural foods, rather than through synthetically made or artificial stimulants. 15 years of experience led him to start this company. There are really interesting testimonials on the website about people who have reversed conditions by going ‘raw’. I’m curious. He’s on the show today at 10:40am eastern.

RawTrition is located in Jersey City, New Jersey, is the distributor of a clean, organic dietary supplement made from naturally occurring ingredients.
