Powerful Women Have Earned Their Power In Unique Ways And Their Back Stories Are Usually Great Ones. Take Chanterria McGilbra for example standing here in front of a hot Ferrari in the Wall Street Journal this week.

Her story started when she was 12 and wanted pair of black and white Converse shoes her Dad  couldn’t afford. He told her if she wanted the shoes, it was up to her to find a job, make the money and buy them herself. So she did.Since that day, McGilbra,  biotech consultant, entrepreneur and founder of the girls empowerment organization Prancing Ponies Foundation started working  – and now she empowers the 12-year-olds of today to go after what they want.

Chanterria a wow. I’ve been following her. Just love her. How could you not love a  gal who pioneered  the “All Female Ferrari Rally” for gosh sakes.  Covid is forcing her to pioneer news ways to continue to power youth through this ‘transformation transition’ as she calls it,  into the new normal. Coming are virtual career fairs and internships, and she’s also working on the first socially distanced all women car show.

Chanterria Joins Me For A Fabulous Feature Interview live from San Francisco on The Debbie Nigro Show.
