They don’t make Scoutmasters like Ralph Mirra! If you ever get lost in the woods you want Ralphie on speed dial. Like many men who’ve held the regal Boy Scout position, Ralph has made a noteworthy contribution to the lives of countless young men through the years. But who the heck takes Boy Scouts Dog Sledding? Scuba Diving? Ice Climbing? Ralph does. He has helped create many an Eagle Scout! As Pelham, NY Troop 1 celebrates it’s 100th Birthday with a big event this weekend, his sister Maureen tipped me off to help her get the word out. Ralph is very humble so she figured he’d get mad. Nope, he’s game to have some fun with me and I invited him into the studio today to be sure anyone who was involved with this Boy Scout Troop along the way of 100 years got the memo about the event attached here to show up.
