Yes #MeToo. Thanks Alyssa Milano for sparking a pretty amazing reveal of just how many women have been sexually harassed or assaulted in their lifetime.
By Monday afternoon more than 500,000 #MeToo tweets hit Twitter and more than 480,000 Facebook users were discussing the previously ‘un-discussed’.
It is my personal opinion, that many many ‘once young and naive’ women from past generations have at least one story. Hopefully, this new reveal will make the young girls of today going forward, less naive and more confident to speak up when they know something doesn’t feel right. That’s why women like myself are generously sharing this status. Thanks to all the others who did too.
