Romaine Lettuce Is Unsafe To Eat And Should Be Thrown Out. There’s been a new E. coli outbreak.
“Consumers who have any type of romaine lettuce in their home should not eat it and should throw it away, even if some of it was eaten and no one has gotten sick,” the CDC said. So far, 13 people have been hospitalized, including one person who experienced a type of kidney failure. No deaths have been reported. (Let’s keep it that way).
