Dr. Whitney is a board certified Physician who completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Yale University School of Medicine and fellowship in Pain Medicine at Dartmouth Medical School. Dr. Whitney has authored several chapters and articles in the field of Anesthesiology and Pain Management. In addition, he has appeared on numerous radio and television shows, including “The Dr. Oz Show”.
He has received multiple awards, including Castle Connolly’s Top Doctor Award, Vital’s Patient’s Choice Award, Greenwich Hospital Quality Award, and Top 10 Doctor Award State of Connecticut. Dr. Whitney is an advocate for those with substance use disorders and has published on the topic of safely and effectively prescribing opioids.
He is the Co-founder and CEO of Fleur De Lis Recovery, which was founded to address the current addiction crisis. The mission of FDL Recovery is to beat addiction by creating an environment and lifestyle that embraces recovery.

This high-energy executive leads an unusual career, running his residential construction development business, FINRA licensed financial advisor and small business consultant.
Perry pursued his education acquiring degrees in Television and Radio with a Bachelors of Arts and a Masters of Fine Arts in Media Management in Communication Arts at New York Institute of Technology. Perry Owns Grand Development LLC and opened and successfully sold a chain of Ballroom Dance Studios in LA “Havin’ A Ball Studios”. Perry has worked and consulted with companies including not limited to Merrill Lynch, AXA Financial, Pennial Financial, Emmys Television & Sciences Academy, Arthur Murray Franchises, 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, ABC, CBS, NBC, Sony Pictures, Warner Brothers, Heiroglyph Virtual Reality Lab, GAP, Target, Radio Shack, Oscars Film Academy, Aletron Inc., Green Earthology Life Sciences. You may have seen Perry dancing and choreographing on ABC,s Dancing With The Stars for the first 13 Seasons as a passion hobby. Currently Perry is fully engaged with Fleur De Lis Recovery alongside Dr Whitney.
