How did a woman who worked on Wall Street create the perfect beauty product? Gail Sagel realized she was unfulfilled while working on Wall Street as an energy derivatives broker and trader. Trying to raise her children and keep it going she took a position at a hedge fund closer to her home. So close she could bike back and fit in her exercise into her ‘too busy’ day. One day she was biking home and was hit by a car. That was her “aha” moment. Questioned what she was doing with her life and realized she’d lost her passion. In the months following the accident she craved creativity so she picked up her paintbrush, and decided her canvas would be the face of women. She didn’t set out to create just another cosmetic company. She wanted her brand to create beauty products that solved problems for women, products that simplified life, and were healthy. Ironically, she gained a comprehension of petroleum components on Wall Street and how they often find their way into cosmetic products. This became one of her inspirations to commit to creating products that were health conscious.
She devoted herself to creating innovative products that make women’s lives better. Gail says, beauty is the ultimate form of self-expression that allows women to radiate confidence and empowerment.
The Face in a Case® you see today is the perfected product from years of input from countless women as to their beauty desires. It is the genesis of years of trial and error. I know women will love it and buy it proving it was all worth it.
