Artist Designer Marketing Guru Elaine Conner created this piece of work to say WE are watching and will no longer turn a blind eye to the abusive treatment of women. Elaine has asked that women all over the world send her photos of their eyes to build on this effort. The message would surely be hard to ignore with all those eyes watching.
