Not sure how you guys are managing the psycho cold weather if you’re feeling it where you live, but there is something to be said for what Norwegians call ‘koselig’! It means “coziness” and basically it’s a conscious effort to light candles and fires, drink warm beverages and snuggle under blankets . As for going outside when it’s NO DEGREES, Norwegians have a saying that “there’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing,” which typifies their ingrained belief that being active is part of a happy life?and, especially, a happy winter.
