Work Place Bullies. What They Do To People Is Horrible.
It’s crappy that bullying people at work is not illegal. What’s more insane is that companies often ‘let it go’ because the bully is making them money. Instead company’s scramble to find ways to deal with the ‘situation’. Bullies make their targets feel emotionally and physically sick and often they are the ones who leave their jobs.
Dr. Laura Persky, MBA & Ed. D. and high level Education Consultant, extensively researched this topic for her dissertation.
Her research showed when company’s get rid of the bullies instead of protecting them, overall productivity and revenue for the company goes up. Laura co-wrote an article based on her research which was a ‘Top Ten download’ for the Global Journal of Business Research.
