Happy Margarita Day! What a fabulous distraction from real life! Below is a photo of the Cadillac Margarita I drank during lunch yesterday. I never drink during lunch. But that was fun! Was hanging with Nicole Russo Steinthal whose blog I love and we shared some amazing Mexican Food at a place called Blue Moon Mexican Cafe in Bronxville, NY. Blue Moon btw has locations in Boca Raton, Fla., Englewood, NJ, Norwood, NJ, Woodcliff Lake, NJ, and Wyckoff, NJ. too. Has the Fiesta Chicken Salad , a seriously serious Guacamole and some MAGIC dressing I want to drink!

Janet Neal believes that women have the power to change this world in an instant. It’s her mission to help women to release that the ideal of a Superwoman, which is all about doing, serves no one. The old paradigm and ideal of becoming a “Superwoman”, where women had to do everything, do it by themselves and do it perfectly, has done nothing but create confusion, resentment and burn-out. She says we are not human doings ? we are human beings. Therefore, there is nothing that women need to “do” to become “SUPERB”. It is all about learning to “be” ourselves: innately wise, tremendously talented and supremely powerful. Her book, THE SUPERB WOMAN: It’s All About the BE, is for stressed-out women who are looking for ways to keep it together in a fast-moving world. An empowering story, the book cleverly examines ways women can gain strength, confidence and feel comfortable in their own skin.

Janet is a frequent lecturer and workshop provider for organizations such as IBM, Microsoft, Kraft Foods, and Working Mother Magazine. She is the author of Soul in Control: Reflections of a Reformed Superwoman (Balboa Press, 2012). She is a contributor to The Huffington Post and numerous business publications and hosts a web show called “Superbwoman Sundays at 7,” viewable on YouTube at www.youtube.com/thesuperbwoman.
